Summer 2011

It's been a very busy and rewarding Summer Term...

Our Summer Show, Peter Pan, took place at the West Wing in Slough in early July. Performed by our Stage School students, it was a huge success! - See the Gallery for photos

Our term was made even better by some fantastic exam results! Our Maidenhead and Marlow students took Primary, Grade 1 and Grade 2 ISTD Imperial ballet exams in June and we had Modern and Tap exams back in March. Everyone did really well and our results reflected this.

There have been other successes... An Azure student gained a silver medal at the Woodley Festival of Music and Arts and one of our students won a scholarship to join Redroofs.

Azure students have also been very busy auditioning for roles including a new film with the director of 'The Kings Speech' and for Billy Elliot and Oliver.

Winter 2010

Azure's got talent! - Our talent agency 'Reach Azure' has continued to go from strength to strength and we've had a few recent successes...

Two of our Saturday Stage School students successfully auditioned with a leading West End casting director for a production of High School Musical at the Wycombe Swan. Both girls were successful and will be joining the cast for performances over Easter - a great achievement!

One of our Maidenhead ballet students attended an audition in February for the Berkshire Youth Ballet Summer project. She was successful and will be performing in Coppelia in September alongside a very talented cast and respected ballet company.

Autumn 2010

Here's just a taster of what's been keeping us busy over the last few months...

This year's Summer Show, 'Legend', was held at West Wing. It was a great success with 200 children taking part and raised over 600 for Rosie's Rainbow fund.

Our next exam session for tap, ballet and modern has been scheduled for March 2011.

We're extremely proud that two Azure students made it to the final seven in 'Sound of Music' UK tour auditions. We're also very pleased to say that another student successfully auditioned for the 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' pantomime at the Compass Theatre, Ickenham. Both these opportunities came via our talent agency.
